You really should do your research before making statements such as: “But the high incarceration rates for black men are NOT signs of whites being unforgiving — it’s a reflection of who commits the most violent crimes.”

It’s a statistical fact that black men are accused, charged, convicted, and sentenced more often. And they receive longer sentences and are less likely to be paroled. Slavery didn’t end, now it’s just called the Justice System.
